Vicente Valtieri

Vicente Valtieri is a vampiric member of the Dark Brotherhood and gives new members their first few contracts. His room is at the back, lowest part of the Cheydinhal Abandoned House. He can change you into a vampire upon ranking up to Eliminator, if you'd like.
