[edit] What is a featured article?
A featured article exemplifies our very best work and features professional standards of writing and presentation. In addition to meeting the requirements for all OblivioWiki articles, it generally has the following attributes:
- It is well written, comprehensive, accurate, and stable.
- (a) "Well written" means that the read is clear and understandable, but still good prose.
- (b) "Comprehensive" means that the article is not missing information or details.
- (c) "Accurate" means that the article is correct when compared to the game.
- (d) "Stable" means that the article is not the subject of ongoing edit wars and that its content does not change significantly from day to day; vandalism reverts and improvements based on reviewers' suggestions do not apply.
- The article follows our style and formatting, including:
- (a) a concise lead paragraph that summarizes the entire topic;
- (b) proper use of headings and subheadings; and
- (c) a substantial table of contents for navigation.
- It has images where appropriate; however, including images is not a prerequisite for a featured article.
