Mehrunes Dagon

Mehrunes Dagon is the Daedric Prince of destruction and natural disasters and is worshipped by the Mythic Dawn. He is likely the mastermind behind the opening of the Oblivion Gates and slaughter of the Emperor's family. According to Tar-Meena, the Mythic Dawn want Dagon to arrive in Tamriel and "give us all a good cleansing." He wields a large axe and clawed gauntlet, and puts up a good fight when pitted with Akatosh in the Temple of the One in the Main Quest line. He is eventually defeated, and barricaded into the realms of Oblivion forever.
Mehrunes' daedric artifact is the Mehrunes' Razor, acquired by completing the quest given by downloading the mod of the same name.
[edit] Bugs
- During the last part of the main quest, when Dagon enters the area, equip the Wabbajack and blast him with it. This will change his stats to a random enemy's stats, thus making him mortal. Sometimes it may kill him.
- Wabbajack has also been known to cause him to melt into a big red blob with no attacks (tested on xbox)
