[edit] Background

Sickly Bernice, the owner of Sickly Bernice's Taphouse in Crucible, asks you to help her in curing her disease. She tells you the cure called Aquanostrum is located deep inside Knotty Bramble, a cavern inhabited by Grummites. She will give you an empty vial and marks the location of Knotty Bramble on your map.

[edit] Walkthrough

When inside Knotty Bramble, the quest marker will point to a door that is blocked by a root gate, and the pull pod is on the other side. Instead of following the quest marker, follow the other passage in Knotty Bramble and eventually the marker will change to a separate door. Go inside this door and follow the green arrow until you reach a statue that is in a pool of water. Simply go near the statue and you will receive the potion, but beware of the numerous Grummites in the area. After obtaining the Aquanostrum, leave Knotty Bramble and return to Sickly Bernice for your reward.

Upon receiving the quest:

I've spoken to Sickly Bernice in New Sheoth. It seems she believes she is dying of some horrible malady, and only I can locate the cure. Strangely, she looks well to me, but she promises a reward for the cure's return. Perhaps I should hear her out.

Upon accepting the quest:

Sickly Bernice has told me the cure for her mysterious malady is a sample of water from a pool at the bottom of Knotty Bramble that she calls aquanostrum. She's marked the location on my map, I should make my way there and recover this miraculous antidote.

After entering Knotty Bramble:

I've entered Knotty Bramble. I should make my way carefully to the pool Sickly Bernice spoke of and recover a sample of aquanostrum.

After arriving at the pool:

I've arrived at the pool Sickly Bernice described. I should get as close as possible to the statue in its center to gather a sample of the aquanostrum.

After obtaining the sample:

I've recovered a sample of aquanostrum from the pool Sickly Bernice described. I should return to New Sheoth and present it to her for my well-deserved reward.

After speaking to Sickly Bernice:

Sickly Bernice has rewarded me for recovering the cure to her ailment.
